Leaving for home today. Graduating and going home after being in New York for all of this time feels pretty surreal. But it’s just a visit home, not permanent (I hope!). Spending some time off to do the whole sleep/eat my parent’s cooking/play with my dogs thing before I get back into the swing of things. I’m not sure when I will have internet, but I’m kind of okay with it.
Feel free to keep in contact with me Tumblr friends!
Find me on Facebook, Twitter, or send me emails and let’s have a chat :)

Look at this fool. We went tropical fish shopping today haha.
Moving 4 years worth of work off of my laptop. And yes, I named my external drive Eunice.
Reading this morning about astrology, it made me remember the time I was walking down the street with my sister when she came to visit me. A dad was walking with his son, about 11 or 12 years old I’d guess, and he was carrying a book. I do not remember it specifically, but it revolved around astrology and superstitions. The dad was walking with the son, holding his hand and telling him things like “I don’t want you to be getting into these crystal balls and whatnot,” as the son just held onto the dad’s hand, clutched his book in the other and looked at the ground as they walked. He looked up and caught my eye and I just remember wanting to tell him that it’s okay. Not everyone will understand the things you like or do. I wanted to tell him to go buy those healing crystals or crystal balls his dad told him not to—not to rebel, but to find out things for himself and to learn that all that really matters is what matters to you.
Decided to make a batch of Puppy Chow/Muddy Buddies for everyone at work today! I decided to make it a bit fancy and used Chocolate Chex instead of regular Chex, semi-sweet chocolate chips, Reese’s Peanut Butter chips instead of peanut butter and then coated it all on powdered sugar. I also threw in some extra peanut butter chips. Brian finally came home after being away from me for months in Ireland and assisted in the shaking part of the process. Mmmm…
I also got to see this gentleman today!
Sending the last issue of The Pace Press to print. My last official act as Editor-in-Chief. Tomorrow, I’m not sure what I’ll do with myself. It’s scary, but I think I’m ready…kind of.
Results of impulses. New do. Sorry mom…

Stop being greedy Thailand, give her back.
Cooked dinner in Brooklyn last night. All of my food groups were of equal portions, and that’s fine by me. I’m suddenly hungry again.
Sister weekend came and went so fast. I miss her already!
